Opportunity: Board Certified - Neurological Surgery
Job Details: - Provide general neurosurgery services with approximately 3 patient encounters per shift - Focus on adult neurosurgery cases with various preferred specializations - Potential for cerebrovascular procedures including open and endovascular techniques - Opportunities to perform carotid or vertebral artery surgery and aneurysm clipping - Handle neuroendocrine surgery, tumor management, and stereotactic radiosurgery - Perform functional neurosurgery, seizure management, and VP shunt procedures - Conduct skull base surgery as needed - Complete spinal surgeries with and without instrumentation (cervical, thoracic, lumbar) - Provide peripheral nerve surgery and pain management procedures - Perform endovascular procedures when required - Place ICP monitors and apply external traction as needed - Manage ventilation and central line placement - Must have ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, and BLS certifications - Board certification required with clear malpractice history - Position start date: September 1, 2025 with ongoing assignment potential - Estimated credentialing timeframe: 30 days for temporary privileges
