Assistant VP of IT User Engagement & Experience
The AVP of IT User Engagement & Experience is responsible for leading and optimizing IT service delivery to ensure a seamless and high-quality IT experience for the institution. This role focuses on enhancing customer support, service efficiency, and technology reliability through the implementation of best practices, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives. With a strong background in higher education IT leadership, the AVP fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence while aligning IT services with institutional goals. Success in this role is measured by key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, service responsiveness, instructional delivery success, and team engagement, reinforcing a commitment to delivering reliable and effective IT support in a dynamic environment.
