Job Description The ideal candidate should possess: Very strong CSS3 and HTML5 skills. Solid Photoshop/GIMP and mockup/wireframing tooling skills. Experience with client-side frameworks/libraries such as Bootstrap, JQuery, AngularJS, ReactJS, and Knockout.js. Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX. Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms like LESS and SASS. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. Ability to analyze problems and identify solutions strategically and functionally. Capability to multitask and manage multiple medium to large projects in a cross-functional environment. Experience with A/B testing tools or methods (e.g., Adobe Test and Target, Unbounce, VWO). Proficiency with vector applications such as Illustrator or Fireworks. Experience with Agile development methodologies; SCRUM and KANBAN are a plus. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, quality-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Experience in responsive design for Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile. Ability to motivate and mentor team members. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Splunk, and Microsoft Office. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Advertising, Graphic Design, or comparable experience. Minimum of six (6+) years of related experience. Experience with packaged application delivery such as SiteCore, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, ERP, or other business process applications. Experience in initiating and implementing business process changes. Previous experience with well-known global brands and a strong understanding of operational business processes, KPIs, and metrics. #J-18808-Ljbffr
