I’m currently partnering with a standout Top 500 firm in NYC that’s hiring a Real Estate Transactions Associate (8–10 years’ experience) to join their high-performing team. Here’s what you need to know:

The Firm:

• Mid-sized, full-service law firm known for entrepreneurial energy and big-ticket deals – routinely handling 8–9 figure real estate and finance transactions
• Internal promotion only – this role is on a true partner track from day one
• Encourages attorneys to build their own practice with full support and no rigid hierarchy
• Collaborative, professional environment with a focus on long-term career development
• 1800 billable hours – below market and built to sustain career longevity

️ Lead and close complex commercial real estate, leasing, and finance transactions

Work directly with clients — from developers to lenders — and offer strategic, business-first legal advice

Draft, review, and negotiate key deal documents with autonomy

Collaborate with experienced attorneys while building your own client base over time

• MUST HAVE at least 8 years of real estate law experience in a firm setting
• Strong background in commercial real estate transactions, including leasing and financing
• Admitted to the NY Bar
• Confident working independently and collaboratively on complex deals

This role is perfect for a seasoned real estate attorney ready to fast-track to partnership, take ownership of high-value deals, and build a practice with real support—without BigLaw hours or red tape.
