What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos to ensure team alignment - Act as a servant leader, providing guidance and support to your team while removing impediments - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies in a fast-paced environment using the SAFe framework - Manage scope changes, ensuring agile delivery remains responsive to evolving priorities - Collaborate closely with Product Managers to align team efforts with business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications): - Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities - Proven experience in facilitation, ensuring productive team discussions - Deep knowledge of Scrum methodologies and experience with SAFe - Proficiency in using JIRA and Confluence for project management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Scrum certification - SAFe certification to demonstrate understanding and experience with scaling agile - Familiarity with Kanban as a complement to Scrum practices - Experience in portfolio management to support broader strategic initiatives
