Currently, we are looking to add a CRM Application Developer to the team. Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and maintain customizations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CRM) Use the full suite of tools available in D365 CRM to optimize and enable business processes (table and form configuration, workflows, plugins, Power Automate, JavaScript, .NET, etc.) Administer D365 CRM environment (cloud) Administer Dual-Write (D365 F&SCM integration) and other integrations with external systems Collaborate closely with business users to translate business needs into effective technical solutions Train and support business users in their use of D365 CRM Deploy and maintain D365 CRM solutions with a focus on long-term stability and application lifecycle best practices Create training documentation for end users and technical documentation of implementations Collaborate with developers on other teams (ERP, website, data warehouse) as needed to solve complex requirements spanning multiple systems Requirements: 5+ years of experience administering and developing for D365 CRM 2+ years of experience administering Dual-Write Demonstrated success leading complex customization projects from conception and design through implementation and long-term support .NET and JavaScript competencies necessary for extending D365 CRM Strong foundation in common sales and marketing workflows Experience with code repository / version control systems Availability to work remotely during normal business hours Demonstrate Cayman's Core Values Integrity, Collaboration, People, Learning, and Excellence What We Provide: Competitive compensation Medical, dental and vision insurance Generous paid time-off (4 weeks) for vacations, sick and/or personal reasons Over 10 paid holidays per year, including the week of 12/24 through 1/1 401(k) plan Tuition Reimbursement and Student Debt Payment Program Life and disability insurance plans Flexible spending accounts for medical and dependent care (FSA) Fun employee events all year long Flexible work schedules Employee assistance program Casual dress Onsite Gym Facility Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
