The PT Front-End Manager oversees the cash office, central checkouts, and customer service areas. Key responsibilities include training and supervising cashiers, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing cash register policies and cash office functions. The manager may also be responsible for opening and closing the store, requiring keys handling. Essential skills include effective communication, leadership, multitasking, and the ability to evaluate performance issues. The role requires working evenings, weekends, and varied hours based on business needs. Physical & Communication Requirements: Ability to walk, stand, bend, and stoop continuously. Effective communication with customers and team members regarding policies and procedures. Basic math skills for register operations and inventory management. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., occasionally up to 70 lbs., with proper fitness and safety precautions.
