Position: Part-Time Front End Manager The PT Front-End Manager oversees the cash office, central checkouts, and customer service areas of the store. Developing and guiding the PT Front-End Manager is crucial to providing excellent customer service. Effective communication with managers is essential. The Front-End Manager will train and cross-train cashiers, ensure adherence to service desk and cashiering policies as outlined in training manuals, and manage Cash Office functions. The role may include opening and closing the store, requiring the keys to the store. The manager must provide hands-on training, evaluate performance, and address issues with strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills. Availability during evenings, weekends, and varied hours is required based on business needs. Physical requirements include walking and standing for extended periods, bending, and stooping. Effective communication skills are necessary to interact with customers and team members regarding policies, training materials, and directives. Basic math skills are required for operating registers, making change, and conducting inventory. The role may require lifting up to 40 lbs, occasionally up to 70 lbs, with physical fitness to meet demands such as walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodations.
