Handle inbound and outbound cargo, inventory control, material staging, and supply chain coordination for offshore operations. Ensure materials and consumables are efficiently stored and delivered at the right time , in the right quantity, and in the right place to support asset preservation and maintenance. Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Inventory Operations Receive and distribute all inbound maintenance materials, tools, and consumables. Track and manage inventory movement across various offshore locations using best-in-class inventory management systems. Conduct annual inventory audits and ensure real-time tracking of stock availability. Optimize offshore warehouse layout for efficient material flow, space utilization, and compliance with storage requirements. Material Handling & Logistics Physically load and unload cargo from marine vessels, including return shipments, repair items, and offshore-bound materials. Stage and issue all material requests to onshore and offshore operations teams. Ensure accurate documentation of all inbound/outbound material transfers and returns.
