Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $142,000.00/yr Job Description Viskase IT is seeking a Lead SAP Business Analyst with expertise in Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Plant Maintenance (PM). In this role, you will support and improve our global SAP ECC 6.0 landscape, working closely with plant managers, maintenance supervisors, and production planners to ensure SAP processes enable efficient operations across manufacturing facilities worldwide. Your responsibilities include identifying business process improvements, developing standardized SAP solutions, overseeing the full solution lifecycle, and ensuring alignment between business needs and SAP configuration. You will also support SAP system maintenance, develop functional documentation, and conduct user training. Essential Responsibilities Collaborate with operations to optimize business processes within SAP. Support and maintain the current SAP system, resolving issues as they arise. Serve as SME for SAP Material Master data management. Create functional documentation and SOPs for SAP processes. Train users on new SAP business processes. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP with other systems. Possess knowledge of Production Planning and Plant Maintenance modules. Education and Requirements Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; SAP certifications preferred. At least 8 years of SAP Business Analyst experience, especially in MM, PP, and PM modules. Extensive experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA. Experience in manufacturing or similar industries, with global operations exposure. Deep understanding of SAP Material Master data and processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with attention to detail. Willingness to travel occasionally.
