Location: Simi Valley, CA Salary: $25.00$30.00/hr (DOE) Schedule: 2nd shift (3:00 PM12:00 AM) Position: Full-time, temp-to-hire CNC Lathe Machinist Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC Lathe machines Follow blueprints to craft precision parts Perform and document quality inspections Make occasional CNC program offsets Achieve first article part acceptance Recommend improvements for quality processes Maintain accurate production records CNC Lathe Machinist Requirements: 3+ years of CNC lathe experience Skilled in precision measuring tools Maintain close tolerances within .0005" Understand cutting tool feeds and speeds Interpret blueprints and quality standards Positive communicator with strong teamwork Able to lift up to 50 lbs (assisted if >25 lbs) Knowledge of AS9100, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma a plus ITAR compliant (U.S. Citizen or Green Card) Benefits upon hire (as a CNC Lathe Machinist): 401(k) with matching contributions Profit-sharing program Comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance Paid vacation, sick days, and holidays Disability and life insurance coverage Join our innovative team today!
