no experience needed! We're hiring entry to mid-level extrusion machine operators for all shifts in a clean, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment. Available shifts & pay: 1st Shift + Hours: 6:40 AM
3:00 PM (MonFri) + Base Pay: $21.00/hr + With perfect attendance: $24.00/hr 2nd Shift + Hours: 2:40 PM
11:00 PM (MonFri) + Base Pay: $21.00/hr + $2.50/hr shift differential = $23.50/hr + With perfect attendance: $26.50/hr 3rd Shift + Hours: 10:40 PM
7:00 AM (SunThurs) + Base Pay: $21.00/hr + $3.00/hr shift differential = $24.00/hr + With perfect attendance: $27.00/hr Perfect attendance bonus: Earn an extra $3.00/hr for regular hours and $4.50/hr for OT hours every two weeksjust for showing up on time! What you'll do: Receive step-by-step training to become a skilled extrusion operator. Start with packaging and package parts from extrusion lines (may handle multiple lines). Learn quality control and perform and record quality checks using specialized tools. Advance to machine setup, read blueprints and job packets, set up and tear down machines, monitor counters, adjust lengths, and maintain records. Perform preventative maintenance and keep your area clean. What we're looking for: Must-haves: Ability to read, write, and speak English, basic computer and math skills, mechanical aptitude, strong attendance and reliability, willingness to work overtime. Nice-to-haves: Experience with blueprints, extrusion, or quality inspection. Benefits & perks: Direct hire
