We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a 1st Shift Press Assembly Operator - Upper. As a key member of our production team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing process.
You'll be responsible for assembling and fabricating products, operating equipment, and maintaining a safe working environment. Your duties will include: Inspecting parts for quality and accuracy Maintaining accurate records and reporting Performing quality tests and control measures Ensuring a clean and organized workspace To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent Previous manufacturing experience Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 26 lbs. (sometimes overhead) Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions If you're a motivated and team-oriented individual with a passion for quality and production, we want to hear from you!
