Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our CNC department as a machinist. The role involves operating, programming, and setting up CNC 3-axis/4-axis mills. The ideal candidate will utilize GibbsCAM for programming, perform setups, edit codes, and operate the machines. This position requires a high level of expertise in CNC setups and programming, with the ability to manage multiple setups efficiently throughout the day. Responsibilities:
Program CNC mills using GibbsCAM. Set up CNC 3-axis/4-axis mills, adjusting settings as required. Edit machine codes to ensure optimal performance. Operate CNC machines to manufacture parts according to specifications. Change tooling in CNC mills as necessary. Support the operation of machines, especially during the second shift when supervision is minimal. Essential Skills:
Proficient in CNC programming, specifically using GibbsCAM. Ability to perform setup and operation of CNC 3/4-axis mills. Experience in changing tooling and editing machine codes. 5+ years of experience in CNC mill setup and operation. Employee Value Program:

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
