· Analyze requirements and develop high-quality, testable C# code.
· Lead Agile development teams and ensure delivery of features.
· Conduct peer reviews and maintain coding standards using Clean Code and SOLID principles.
· Drive continuous improvements through design refactoring and performance optimization.
Skills
· Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
· 5+ years of experience in C# (OOP, OOAD, UML, and design patterns).
· Expertise in equipment control or PC-based/embedded controller applications.
· Proven experience leading Scrum teams and managing sprints.
· Hands-on experience with Agile methods, Git workflows, and CI/CD tools.
