Compensation
Pay Range: $50.00 Per HR
Description
Educate clients and families on health and disease prevention.
Communicate with physicians regarding client needs and assessments.
Collaborate with team members to ensure client well-being.
Perform assessments and create nursing care plans.
Provide basic patient care and treatments.
Measure and record vital signs, administer medications, and maintain records.
Ensure compliance with health regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Educate clients and families on health, wellbeing, and disease prevention.
Attend residents' meetings and provide health updates.
Communicate with physicians regarding client needs.
Collaborate with team members to ensure client well-being.
Perform assessments and create nursing care plans.
Provide basic patient care and treatments.
Complete audits as per regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license.
Eligible to practice in Pennsylvania.
Experience in healthcare facility nursing.
Experience With Adults With Intellectual/developmental Disabilities Preferred.
Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Minimum 21 years of age.
Valid driver's license.
