Customer Logistics Manager
We are immediately hiring a Last Mile Transportation Manager internally titled, Customer Logistics Manager in Boise, ID for our Supply Chain Solutions division. This role ensures smooth load-out operations, manages routing, returns, and will-call pickups (including customer contact), and handles client escalations and reporting to leadership. It supports retail drop-offs, new construction deliveries, retail installs, and multi-unit installations, which may require on-site coordination and travel within 50 miles. Billing responsibilities are included. This role will not have any direct reports and driver/helper teams are managed through a third-party agent. Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area. Essential Functions: Customer service satisfaction and expectation management Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling Health and Safety Management State/Local/Federal regulations compliance Additional Responsibilities: Performs other duties as assigned.
