Provider Recruiter Opportunity
AFC Urgent Care is expandingand we're seeking a dedicated Provider Recruiter to attract top Advanced Practice Providers (NPs, PAs) and Physicians into our nationwide urgent care network. What You'll Do Source and recruit experienced APPs and Physicians using direct outreach, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and creative pipelines Build and manage provider pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs across multiple markets Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand role priorities and ensure seamless interview coordination Facilitate screening, candidate experience, and employer branding across the full hiring process Maintain organized data and pipelines in the ATS and contribute to sourcing strategy development Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience focused on Advanced Practice Providers and/or Physicians Skilled in sourcing passive candidates using modern tools and techniques Comfortable working with ATS platforms and recruitment data Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Hospital indemnity, accident, and critical illness coverage Short-term and long-term disability, life insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401(k) with up to 3% company match Paid time off and sick leave Professional development support (e.g., CME reimbursement when applicable) Why Join AFC?
