Job Description: Sales & Marketing Manager at Sparex

Sparex is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our aftermarket agricultural part sales and marketing team in Aurora, OH. The role involves managing the inside sales team, key accounts, marketing activities, and messaging to enhance the Sparex brand. Collaboration with the product manager for product line expansion and overseeing program and promotions planning are also key responsibilities. Your Impact
Sales Management:
Manage the inside sales team to ensure proper account coverage, communication of product information and marketing programs to dealers, and active management of key accounts to grow sales. Foster a customer satisfaction culture. Marketing Management:
Develop monthly programs and promotions to boost sales and brand awareness using printed materials and E-Commerce platforms. Develop KPIs and performance metrics for the sales team. Collaborate with product development for new product lines. Analyze marketing performance to drive sales and engagement. Your Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related business field. At least 5 years of sales management and marketing experience. Experience in the agricultural parts industry preferred. Strong communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Your Compensation
The salary range is $54K to $110K, based on experience, with a bonus potential of 7% of compensation.
