Full Stack Engineer – AI-Native Builder Experience:

CPG is a $4T industry in the U.S. that impacts what we eat, what we put on our bodies, what we give our pets, and many other parts of life. Their vision is to transform how CPG products are created—making it as simple as launching a website. This company is building a platform that empowers entrepreneurs, builders, and creators to focus on what they do best: creating products that delight and inspire consumers. Why Join At this company, you won’t just write code—you’ll shape the future of the CPG industry. As a full-stack engineer, you’ll be instrumental in bringing an ambitious vision to life. Your work will directly impact how millions of products are developed and brought to market, helping eliminate inefficiencies that cost companies billions annually. This is not a typical engineering role. They’re already building with agents—using LLMs to ingest and respond to supplier emails, structure data, and automate procurement tasks end-to-end. You’ll extend those workflows and build new ones, alongside a team that is AI-forward in how they build everything—from the platform to internal tooling. Key Responsibilities Architect and develop scalable web applications that power the next generation of CPG supply chain solutions Work with coding agents and AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot Workspace, AutoGPT-style systems) to speed up delivery and enhance software quality Collaborate with cross-functional teams (and customers!) to define and deliver new solutions that address real-world challenges faced by users Innovate with LLMs and coding agents to automate supplier collaboration and internal engineering workflows Write clean, efficient code while also supervising LLM-generated code for correctness and maintainability Drive technical decisions that align with the long-term vision of becoming the operating system for CPG Implement cutting-edge security measures to protect user data and maintain trust Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve systems to meet the growing demands of customers Ensure UI/UX designs are technically feasible and implemented with polish What They’re Looking For A passion for solving complex problems and building products that users love Demonstrated ability to function in ambiguous environments with high agency A belief that AI and coding agents are not a gimmick, but the future of building—and a desire to help define how engineering teams build with them A strong belief in the power of technology to simplify and transform industries—especially those that have been slow to adopt tech A belief that a team is more effective together in the office than working remotely 3+ years of full-stack development experience focused on scalable web applications Strong experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and version control systems like Git A track record of shipping high-quality products, ideally in a startup setting A commitment to excellence and a relentless drive to create something truly impactful A belief that there is no substitute for working side by side with teammates in the office Also Nice to Have Experience building or integrating with LLM-based agents or AI tools Demonstrated use of AI tooling in your own workflows (Cursor, Codeium, Copilot, etc.) Experience with microservices B2B SaaS experience What They Offer Competitive salary + meaningful equity Unlimited vacation Full health, dental, and vision coverage A high-growth, high-ownership environment where your work is critical Deep collaboration with a team that cares A mission and product you’ll be proud of Seniority level
