The Siri Comprehension & Planning organization is looking for a skilled and passionate generalist who can deliver high quality natural language dialog across many Siri product experiences. You will lead a team of ML experts and Software Engineers to support generative dialog experiences. You will work with cross-functional partners in Software Engineering, Human Interface Design, and other ML experts develop rich and delightful experiences built on the capabilities of Large Language Models. We are seeking an experienced engineering manager to lead a team responsible for generative dialog experiences, working from Cupertino, California. Minimum Qualifications: 7+ years of experience with software engineering in production systems (Swift/iOS experience strongly preferred) 2+ years of experience leading a team of experienced software engineers Experience building and shipping user-facing features at scale with cross-functional partners Preferred Qualifications: BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Machine Learning Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for project planning and cross-functional collaboration Passion for product and customer experience Excellent understanding of ML-based product lifecycle Prior experience with Apple products or AIML, highly desirable At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $198,300 and $342,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
