As a Regional Director - AMER Treasury, you will play a critical role in guiding and managing the Treasury function for the Americas region. You will oversee cash management, liquidity, risk management, and financial planning for the region.
This role significantly impacts Honeywell's financial success by ensuring efficient cash flow, managing financial risks, and providing strategic financial guidance to facilitate business growth. As a Treasury Director at Honeywell, you will influence financial strategy through effective treasury management and risk mitigation, providing strategic guidance to senior leadership and fostering a diverse, high-performing team to enhance the company's financial resilience.
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Treasury or a related field
Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity, and financial risk management
Proven track record of managing Treasury operations in a regional or global capacity
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication and leadership skills
WE VALUE
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
MBA or CFA preferred
Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and make sound financial decisions
Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
Experience managing Treasury activities in a global organization
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in Treasury operations
Key Responsibilities
Guide and manage the Treasury function for the Americas region
Oversee cash management, liquidity, and risk management activities
Develop and implement financial planning strategies to facilitate business growth
Monitor and analyze market trends and economic conditions to inform decision-making
Manage relationships with financial institutions and other external stakeholders
Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and business units
