- 7:00am-5:30pm Cath Lab at the Hospital except for the below days:
- Every Wednesday 8:00am -5:00pm In- Office Clinic
- Every 2nd Friday of the month 8:00am -5:00pm Telemedicine Clinic
- Every 4th Friday of the month 8:00am -5:00pm In-Office Clinic (First Patient at 9:00am) night beeper call on Fridays

Description: - Cath Lab will be hospital consults 3-4 per day, plus EP cases 4-6 a day depending on case length.
- Cardiac electrophysiology; specifically, heart rhythm disturbances, Ablations - must show 100 EP cases in last 2 years in case logs with emphasis on ablations
- Skills Required: Albations
- Patients Per Shift: 20-22
- Practice Setting: Hospital and In-Office Clinic
- Patient Population/Age: Adult
- EMR System: Cerner
- Board Certification: Yes
Required Qualifications :
- Board Certification: BC required
- License Required: AZ Licensed or IMLC also accepted
- DEA: AZ registered
- CSR: not required
- Certifications Required: ACLS
- Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
