Position Overview: We are on the lookout for a dynamic Lead Financial Advisor to join our team. This role is perfect for those who excel in shaping futures through expert financial guidance. Join us, and immerse yourself in a role where your diary is already packed with eager clients, freeing you from the grind of prospecting and allowing you to focus on what you do bestdelivering outstanding financial advice and forging lasting relationships.

Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000 (Negotiable) + Incentives, Bonuses, Commissions

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive financial planning to an established clientele.
• Expertly handle client portfolios with a variety of financial instruments such as fee-based investments, fixed-indexed annuities, and life insurance.
• Convert prospects into lifelong clients, building a base of trust and financial stability.
• Conduct enlightening seminars and workshops to captivate and educate both clients and potential customers.

Who We're Looking For:

• Possess a current California Life and Health Insurance License and a Series 65 or 66 License.
• A strong communicator with a proven track record in sales, capable of turning prospects into loyal clients.
• Deeply knowledgeable in financial and retirement planning, driven by a desire to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
