Family Intervention Specialist 135 - East Brunswick, NJ & Cranford, NJ
Join our Team - Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen - Perth Amboy, NJ
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year
Position Highlights: The Family Intervention Specialist will work closely with youth and families referred by DCP&P and provide evidence-based interventions within the home and/or community based on the Intercept model - this includes conducting assessments to determine needs and strengths of the family and youth; safety evaluation; service planning; service coordination; and on-going sessions. The Specialist will participate in required trainings as well as team meetings and one on one supervision.
