Princess Polly USA Inc is seeking an
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Manager
for our Los Angeles office. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, you will ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes across retail and e-commerce channels, while supporting the financial health of the organization and contributing to a scalable infrastructure as the business grows.
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, THIS IS WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AS OUR ACCOUNTS PAYABLE & ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE MANAGER
Manage end-to-end AP processes, including invoice coding, approvals, and disbursements Monitor timing of outgoing payments and ensure alignment with cash flow strategy Own relationships with key vendors (logistics, landlords, creative services, etc.) Maintain AP documentation and support audit readiness Oversee AR operations for wholesale and B2B customers, including invoicing and collections Monitor chargebacks, disputes, and refunds from the e-commerce platform Reconcile payment gateways and monitor accounts for accuracy and aging Prepare and review reconciliations for AP/AR-related GL accounts Support accrual entries, aging reports, and cash flow forecasting Coordinate with accounting team to ensure close timelines are met Identify, document, and implement AP/AR process improvements Participate in ERP or system integrations related to payment and billing flows Drive efficiency through automation and SOP documentation Provide clear direction, coaching, and development support to any direct reports within the AP/AR function Actively mentor junior team members, modeling professionalism and integrity in financial operations Develop and maintain onboarding and cross-training plans to build team agility and knowledge sharing Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration Identify skill gaps and support team development through constructive feedback, recognition, and opportunity alignment Other finance and accounting ad-hoc tasks as directed COMMERCIAL AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
At least 4 years experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable. Previous management experience preferred. Proficient in Excel, Netsuite or other ERP Independent, efficient, self-starter Thrives on process improvement and adaptive to process changes Experience in fashion/retailindustry preferred High attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines The desire to work in a fast paced environment Ability to multitask
Salary Range: $100K-$115K
