Your Daily Responsibilities: Understand and assess customers' unique needs to recommend suitable ACE products and services. Communicate effectively and empathetically with customers, building trust and rapport. Provide outstanding customer service to foster lasting relationships. Manage various services, including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. Prioritize accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations. We are seeking sales associates with an entrepreneurial spirit who can work independently and take accountability for store performance. Trust is paramount, so active listening and effective communication are essential to address customer needs. Familiarity with our diverse financial products and services will be beneficial. Qualifications: Two or more years of retail experience preferred. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus in most markets. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
