Principal Level System Administrator/VMWare SME
- Supporting a 24/7 high visibility Watch Center. In addition to maintaining a private Customer Cloud, candidates should expect to gain experience in new administration technologies; tackle individual and group projects; work closely with other IT professionals.
Qualifications
Active TS/SCI with PolyMinimum of 14 years of relevant IT experienceBachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience in place of degree will be consideredHigh Degree of Experience building/configuring/maintaining/upgrading/tuning/ troubleshooting VMware virtual infrastructuresExperience with the following aspects of Windows Domain Administration:
Active Directory Group Policy DNS DHCP WSUS Experience with any of the following virtualization products and services: Citrix, Nutranix or HyperVExperience managing Windows Server 2012/2016/2019; Windows Client 10/11Working knowledge of basic networking concepts: TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsWillingness to work on a 24/7 weekly on call rotationWillingness to participate in WMA or CONUS travel (Ability to rack/stack/install physical equipment Desired Qualifications
VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV) Experience with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Experience with EMC enterprise storage arrays Experience with designing/implementing COOP plans Experience administering Red Hat derivative Linux distributions
