Join Us as a Clinical Director The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing clinical growth and services at Children's Specialized ABA in our EI Center located in Jackson, NJ. What You'll Do: This position will be responsible for, but not limited to the following: Oversee all clinical services delivered in Voorhees, NJ and surrounding areas and then at the Voorhees EI Center once open.Perform outreach to pediatricians, clinics, families, diagnosticians, and other referral sources to drive referralsSupport orientation and training for new BCBAs and ongoing professional development for the clinical teamServe as the responsible supervisor for RBTs in graduate school, including facilitation of group supervision where applicableConduct initial assessments for new clientsProvide temporary case coverage as needed for BCBAsCollaborate closely with Center Administration to ensure smooth operationsProvide clinical oversight and supervision to the BCBA teamMaintain up to 20 billable hours per weekActively deliver BCBA services and maintain billable activity as the organization continues to growWhat You'll Need:Master's Degree RequiredBoard-Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)A minimum of 4 years of experience after BCBA certification and at least 6 years of ABA industry experienceCurrent NJ State BCBA LicenseAbility to travel throughout the assigned territoryWork Location & Hours: Children's Specialized ABA EI Center located in Jackson, NJMonday-Friday9:00am-5:30pmWhy Work With Children's Specialized ABA?
