VCUarts Adjunct Instructor - Department Of Craft/Material Studies
The Virginia Commonwealth University School Of The Arts (VCUarts) Department Of Craft And Material Studies Is Establishing A Pool Of Applicants For Possible Adjunct Teaching Positions. The Department Of Craft And Material Studies Will Consult The Adjunct Applicant Pool And Contact Qualified Applicants Whose Credentials Match Our Specific Teaching Needs On An As-Needed Basis. This Pool Will Be Assessed As Adjunct Opportunities Arise. Candidates Must Be Able To Demonstrate An Awareness Of The Diverse Field, Knowledge Of Media Specialization, Particularly In Technical Proficiency; Knowledge Of Or Experience In Implementing A Variety Of Teaching Strategies And The Ability To Teach Effectively At The College Level. Possible Adjunct Opportunities Could Include Teaching One Or More Courses In Any Of The Areas Of Study Offered Within Craft And Material Studies.
