Trillium Construction is hiring for an Admin Assistant in New Braunfels, TX! The Admin will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This is a full-time, temp-to-direct position, looking to hire ASAP, and paying up to $20/hr! Duties: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff or department. Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner. Manage the company's main email inbox, responding to inquiries or forwarding to the appropriate person. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports. Maintain and update company files, records, and databases. Assist with data entry, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed. Order and maintain office supplies and equipment. Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred. 13 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
