Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm role offers $25-$30/hour

Inventory Coordinator Job Details: Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm Pay Rate: $25-30 (dependent upon experience) Benefits include - Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) Life and disability insurance and Paid time off (vacation / sick leave) and Retirement plan (e.g., 401(k)) Inventory Coordinator Job Description: Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts, discrepancy reconciliation, and ERP/WMS system updates. Receive, verify, and organize inbound shipments while preparing materials for internal distribution or outbound shipping. Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely inventory availability and material flow. Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and storage of inventory while maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
Inventory Coordinator Job Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience using NetSuite or a similar ERP system Strong email communication skills and professional etiquette Strong people skills; able to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions Excellent verbal and written communication Willingness to ask questions and seek clarity when needed
