MUST: The Administrative Coordinator should have the following: 5+ years of administrative support experience Experience working for a healthcare association or non profit Creating, organizing, and maintaining databases and file structures Detailed and organized Strong writing and analytical skills Ability to work in deadline driven environment Highly proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams Bachelor s Degree preferred or Associates
DUTIES: The duties of the Administrative Coordinator include but are not limited to the following: Provide administrative support Assist with day-to-day administrative duties Handle special Coordinate and schedule outreach and meetings Prepare meeting agendas and records meeting notes Handle follow up items Create, organize, and maintain file structures in collaboration with IT Coordinate shipping and packing
