Job Summary: As a Receptionist and Marketing Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a crucial role in managing the front office operations while supporting our marketing efforts. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, handling administrative tasks, and assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain the agency calendar.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining client records.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members to organize community events and outreach initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using computers and standard office software (Microsoft Office, social media platforms, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
