What to expect : + Utilizing your skills in a Level II Trauma Center and a Level I Comprehensive Stroke Center + Providing next level care for neurological patients in a state-of-the-art unit with the newest and most advanced technology and equipment + Caring for post operative patients along with patients with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, seizures, strokes, and other neurological disorders + Delivering high-quality nursing care in our 17-bed SDU, utilizing advanced clinical skills to assess, stabilize, and monitor patients Qualifications : + Idaho or multistate RN license (must establish Idaho residency within 6 months if applicable). + BLS certification; ACLS and PALS required within designated timelines.
