No after-hours call responsibilities currently Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) - to join our high-volume neurology practice. The APP will manage a tailored patient panel aligned with their clinical interests and experience. Conditions may include : Migraines Geriatrics and memory loss Traumatic brain injury (TBI) Multiple sclerosis Neuromuscular and general neurological disorders Experience with EMGs, therapeutic toxin injections (e.g., Botox), and infusions is a bonus. Participation in clinical research is desirable. This position offers an autonomous, collaborative work environment with no call expectations and a flexible scope for telemedicine if interested. Responsibilities : Conduct comprehensive patient assessments in office and telehealth settings Develop and implement personalized treatment plans Collaborate with neurologists and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust plans as needed Educate patients and families on conditions, options, and preventive health Document clinical encounters accurately and promptly Participate in clinical research (if interested) Adhere to ethical and professional healthcare standards Qualifications : Master's degree in Nursing (NP) or graduation from an accredited PA program Active PA or ARNP license in Washington State (or ability to obtain) Certification as a Primary Care NP or PA-C Neurology or geriatrics experience preferred BLS required & advanced certifications are a plus Knowledge of DME processes and research practices is beneficial Benefits :
