Overview The Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute (ARMl)IBioFabUSA is a Member-based non-profit organization founded to build the biofabrication industry and transform the future of healthcare. ARMI provides wrap-around commercialization services to companies seeking to bring life-saving regenerative technologies to patients, as well as to innovators seeking to commercialize enabling technologies that will grow the industry's impact. In this role, you will lead ARMI's commercialization efforts, collaborating deeply across teams, engaging external stakeholders, and applying technical and business expertise to drive the advancement of novel technologies toward patients and the market. Your Role Partner with internal and key external stakeholders to establish a flexible and responsive commercialization process for innovations being developed by ARMI, our members, and collaborators Apply technical and business expertise to enable and speed technology advancement toward commercialization while decreasing time to market Jointly with members and collaborators, guide the development and implementation of impactful, company-specific commercialization strategies Plan and coordinate activities across teams to ensure timely and successful execution of commercialization strategies Build stakeholder relationships that enrich and connect the local, regional, and national cell-based and enabling technology innovation ecosystem Grow ARMI's existing engagement with the investment community, generating connections that lead to positive outcomes for both companies and investors Be a trusted, valued resource and thought leader for creating high-impact,data-driven business and commercialization strategies Establish effective internal and external communication and reporting processes Your Skills And Experiences Bachelor's degree in a life sciences or engineering discipline and an MBA (or equivalent business experience) 5+ years of experience in life sciences, medical devices, or biopharma, including roles in product management, strategic marketing, product life-cycle management, corporate development (e.g., M&A target assessment), biotech commercialization (e.g., within incubators or accelerators), or strategy consulting with a biotech focus 5+ years of hands-on experience working within a stage-gate product development environment Demonstrated success managing full product life cycles, including taking at least one concept from ideation through to commercialization Proven ability to build robust business cases for new product concepts - including market analysis, voice of customer (VOC) research, competitive assessment, requirements definition, and financial modeling Skilled in creating commercialization strategies, defining pricing models, and crafting differentiated value propositions Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and seniority levels, both internally and externally Comfortable managing multiple product development or commercialization initiatives simultaneously Exceptional interpersonal and strategic communication abilities Seniority level Seniority level Director Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Product Management and Marketing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute (ARMI) | BioFabUSA by 2x Get notified about new Senior Director of Product Management jobs in Manchester, NH .
