Senior Window Systems Administrators FSP
ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE with FS poly REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION Responsibilities include: Attend TEMs to discuss and agree upon MOAs, ensuring MOA is within scope of server teams work. Assess server loads and work with tech lead on tuning recommendations. Assist in server maintenance and special projects, including extended work hours. Build servers: provide technical configuration, setup, installation, hardware, and coordination for application projects. Communicate server outages or degradation to management. Coordinate server installation and create/update Asset Management records. Create requests for service support from internal/external providers. Establish server baseline and implement changes under tech lead oversight. Maintain server rooms and monitor/support tape backups. Perform OS updates/upgrades, server checklists, and troubleshooting. Provide operational pager duty support and remote server access. Respond to change requests, hardware replacements, and restore data as needed. Develop and support server build reports and transition servers. Understand and implement technical and workflow procedures. Qualifications: Education and/or Experience:
Minimum of six (6) years of experience specific to the skill. Bachelor's Degree required. Active TS/SCI with FS Poly clearance. Location:
