We are currently seeking a Principal Consultant to join our Customer Success team. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world’s most dynamic and fastest-growing sector.
Performance Objectives
This role is primarily focused on onboarding, implementation and training, with elements of consulting and advisory functions. The ideal candidate will leverage our analytics solutions and custom datasets to deliver insights and provide ongoing support to help clients make informed decisions.
Principal Consultants are strategic advisors to Enverus clients with access to our state-of-the-art platforms. The primary goal is to minimize churn by engaging clients meaningfully. This team drives adoption and usage by proactively connecting with key champions within the client’s organization to deliver value and gather feedback on product and technical insights.
The PC will facilitate Enverus solution integration within the customer’s organization to enhance workflows, improve productivity, and foster long-term partnerships. Collaboration with the sales team is essential to create tailored account strategies that align with customer goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation and Onboarding: Guide clients through seamless integration of our solutions into their workflows.
- Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing technical support throughout the contract.
- Pre-Sales Activities: Facilitate demos to showcase the value and ROI of our solutions.
- Consulting and Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to help clients understand and utilize our deliverables for strategic decisions.
- Strategy and Engagement: Collaborate with sales on strategic pursuits and confidently present data insights in various settings.
- Project Management: Oversee project execution, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Product Feedback: Provide proactive feedback to internal teams for product enhancements and issue resolution.
Candidate Profile
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of oil and gas supply chain management, well costs, and sourcing materials. Experience in operations or supply chain within oil and gas is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools; familiarity with Enverus PRISM and RFx is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for presenting complex information clearly.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to client needs and issues.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects from start to finish.
- Organizational Skills: Effective time management across multiple client engagements.
