We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in Scrum and tools like JIRA and Align. Guiding teams on Agile practices, promoting collaboration, and facilitating problem-solving. Guiding product owners in backlog management, prioritization, and empirical planning.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc. Strong coaching and facilitation skills: Ability to guide and mentor teams effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build relationships and facilitate collaboration. Problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues that hinder team performance. Experience with project management tools: Jira, Trello, etc. Experience with metrics and reporting: Tracking team performance and identifying areas for improvement.
