Financial Planning Analyst. The
Financial Planning Analyst
supports company-wide financial planning and analysis, with a focus on treasury, forecasting, and performance reporting. This role leads cash flow modeling, manages the budgeting process, develops Tableau dashboards, and ensures accurate, data-driven insights for leadership. Strong communication, analytical skills, and advanced Excel and reporting tool proficiency are essential. Key Responsibilities Develops and maintains financial models for cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Prepares financial reports and dashboards in Excel and Tableau aligned with the general ledger. Leads treasury meetings, manages liquidity and debt tracking, and partners with banks. Oversees financial reporting systems like Prophix, ensuring data integrity and access control. Conducts variance analysis and provides clear performance commentary. Consolidates financial results and reconciles forecasts with actuals. Collaborates across departments to gather and validate financial inputs. Enhances recurring reports and Tableau dashboards for accuracy and efficiency. Supports the budgeting cycle and forecast updates, aligning with strategic plans. Provides ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling for business decisions. Maintains and improves budgeting/reporting tools and processes. Ensures data accuracy through regular reconciliation and validation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields 4+ years experience in Treasury Experience within Manufacturing industry Seniority level
