This role is critical in bridging business needs and technical data solutions, designing scalable systems that enable strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with a passion for building clean, reliable, and insightful data products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Requirements & Solutions Development:
- Assess and understand client requirements to build tailored data product services and analytical solutions.
- Business Process Analysis:
- Analyze current business practices, processes, and procedures to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, accuracy, and performance.
- Identify and evaluate patterns and trends that influence business outcomes.

- Data Engineering & Product Development:
- Use data engineering techniques and advanced analytical methods to build the data products required by clients.
- Design and build robust data pipelines, data streams, reporting tools, data generators, and a variety of analytical tools to provide actionable insights.
- Data Collection & Reconciliation:
- Collect, aggregate, store, and reconcile data from multiple internal and external sources, ensuring high-quality, trustworthy datasets.
- Documentation, Metrics, and Monitoring:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all data systems, pipelines, and APIs.
- Implement and manage metrics and monitoring solutions to ensure system health, data reliability, and performance.
- Ad Hoc Analysis and Support:
- Provide agile support for ad hoc data design, analysis, and engineering tasks that arise outside of standard project work, ensuring that business needs are addressed effectively and efficiently.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar background role is required.
- A college degree is required. The most relevant bachelor's degrees include Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
- The ideal candidate thinks in terms of models and demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A master's degree is highly valued, but alternative qualifications such as non-traditional certifications from university MOOCs (e.g., MicroMasters) are also indicative of a suitable candidate.
- Commitment to continuous learning and the ability to apply foundational knowledge in practical, business-driven contexts is essential.
