Litigation Attorney Responsibilities
Handle civil litigation matters Draft substantive motions and appellate briefs Conduct legal research and case analysis Appear in State court and the Appellate Division for oral argument. Collaborate with clients to tailor a successful appellate strategy.
Litigation Attorney Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law in New York 1+ years of litigation experience, including appellate work Strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills Bilingual in Spanish is a Plus! Ability to work onsite at the firm Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
Litigation Attorney Benefits
