We're looking to hire an AWS Solutions Architect to join our team. You will work with our clients in two ways: Team Augmentation: Integrate into the client's team and collaborate with their designers and engineers daily. Design & Build: Work on a FullStack product team to develop and deliver solutions to clients. Requirements
5+ years of experience in AWS Solutions Architecture and deployment. Advanced English proficiency. Four-year college degree. Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK). Experience with AWS data and messaging services (PostgreSQL RDS/Aurora, RabbitMQ or Amazon MQ, Redis/ElastiCache). Background task processing and observability skills (Celery, Langfuse, OpenTelemetry). Familiarity with AWS Bedrock for AI integration. Deep knowledge of AWS IAM, networking, monitoring, and cost analysis. Ability to document and estimate projects clearly. Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, CodePipeline). Containerization experience (Docker, ECS Fargate, EKS). Knowledge of security compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC2, NIST). AWS Solutions Architect Professional Certification. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work on Agile/Scrum teams and handle large systems. Commitment to working 40 hours weekly. What We Offer
