Summary ServiceNow Development: Lead the development, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, including advanced workflows, integrations, and custom applications. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in software development, with a significant focus on ServiceNow platform development. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other relevant certifications preferred. Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON. Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, and others. Strong experience with REST/SOAP web services and other integration methodologies. Familiarity with ServiceNow's Service Portal, Mobile, and Scoped Applications. (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, App Engine Development) Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Knowledge of database concepts, preferably SQL.
