Lead Software Engineer I
EPAM Systems, INC seeks a Lead Software Engineer I in Newtown, PA, 18940, and various long term unanticipated worksites with the option to relocate throughout the U.S. Minimum requirements for the position are: 4 years of employment experience in the job offered (Lead Software Engineer), Software Engineer, Systems Engineer, Software Developer, Algorithm Developer, Testing Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Application Support Engineer, Computer Programmer, IT Developer, Technical Lead, or closely related occupation. Will work at various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. Duties: Create software programs and customize existing programs utilizing specific programming languages, frameworks, and development environments. Lead the process of requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise level application software products. Develop general system design including internal and external information flows, current and future system requirements, and integration points. Utilize different software development methodologies, processes, techniques, and quality planning methods in all phases of work.
