Customer Service Representative – Application Intake Processor
to join our team in Canton. In this onsite role, you'll play a key part in ensuring a smooth application process for our customers by handling data entry, customer communication, and support tasks with accuracy and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Application Processing:
Use Microsoft Word and Excel to accurately input and manage customer application data. Customer Interaction:
Respond to inquiries and concerns via phone and email with professionalism and care. Timely Communication:
Ensure prompt follow-up and resolution to customer requests. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with your team to meet service goals and maintain a supportive environment. Positive Attitude:
Bring energy and a customer-first mindset to your daily work. Schedule
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM 30-minute unpaid lunch (12:30 PM – 1:00 PM) Onsite only – this is not a remote position What We're Looking For
