Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Solution Architect to lead the architectural design, integration governance, and business process alignment for a modernized commercial technology stack.
This role will focus on CRM, PRM, and CPQ platforms, including Salesforce, Tacton CPQ, SAP ERP, and legacy Java-based systems.
The ideal candidate will also contribute to data and analytics value creation, leveraging AI and machine learning to enhance customer insights and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities Define and govern end-to-end solution architecture for CRM (Salesforce), PRM, and CPQ (Tacton) platforms. Lead integration design between commercial platforms and core business systems (SAP ERP, legacy QTC). Align technology solutions with business process improvements and digital transformation goals. Architect data flows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and real-time availability of customer, partner, and product data. Collaborate with analytics teams to design dashboards and enable predictive insights using embedded analytics or AI tools. Evaluate and adopt AI/ML capabilities within Salesforce or adjacent platforms (e.g., lead scoring, recommendation engines). Maintain architectural documentation, roadmaps, and governance standards. Support cross-functional workflow mapping and process optimization. Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT solution architecture, with a strong focus on Salesforce and commercial systems. Hands-on experience with CRM, PRM, and CPQ platforms across multiple business units or geographies. Strong understanding of SAP ECC from a data and architecture perspective. Expertise in enterprise integration patterns (REST APIs, middleware, RPA). Experience designing data pipelines, models, and analytics solutions. Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities and integration of external AI services. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, Integration Architect, Data Architecture). Experience with Tacton CPQ or other manufacturing-specific CPQ tools. Familiarity with data governance and reporting frameworks. Exposure to AI/ML tools in Salesforce or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Experience in manufacturing and distribution industries. Experience working in global organizations and remote teams. Proficiency in workflow mapping tools (e.g., Visio, BPM). Certifications
