Lead Senior Principal Software Engineer

We are seeking a passionate and experienced software engineer to lead the development of next-generation defense applications. The position involves hands-on leadership, full software lifecycle management, mentoring, and designing scalable, secure, containerized architectures. Responsibilities
Develop and trace requirements, design, and implement software solutions. Lead code reviews, unit testing, and full lifecycle development. Coordinate Agile development efforts, including planning and reporting. Troubleshoot, debug, and integrate microservices and REST APIs. Create scalable data pipelines and support UI/UX implementation. Utilize C++, Python, and other tools in Windows and Linux environments. Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business objectives. Basic Qualifications
8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience. Active U.S. Secret clearance, ability to obtain Top Secret and SAP clearance. Proven leadership in software development within an Agile environment. 7+ years experience with C++ and Python, full stack development, and working in virtualized environments. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s in STEM, active Top Secret clearance, SAP access. Experience with DevSecOps, automated testing, and tools like JIRA, Git, and Confluence. Proficiency in scripting languages, real-time frameworks, and containerized deployments. Additional Details
Salary Range: $118,600 - $178,000. Benefits include health insurance, life/disability coverage, savings plans, holidays, and PTO. The application window is approximately 20 days from posting, subject to extension. Equal Opportunity
