Lorien Lead ERP strategy, architecture, and implementation-especially Oracle ERP and Oracle Fusion Cloud. Design and govern enterprise software architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals. Oversee ERP production support, access controls, disaster recovery, and platform governance. Collaborate with PMO, BAs, developers, and infrastructure/security teams to deliver integrated solutions. Drive ERP modernization using cloud ERP, PaaS, and embedded AI. Conduct architecture gap analysis, define future-state roadmaps, and build prototypes. Guide teams on best practices, standards, and continuous improvement. Required Technical Skills 7-10 years in IT, 5+ in enterprise application leadership. Deep experience with Oracle ERP systems and cloud migration (Oracle Fusion Cloud). Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar API platforms. Strong grasp of cloud computing, SaaS, Agile, and ITIL practices. Strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
